Shipping Rates & Delivery Charges

Our standard shipping charges across Bangladesh are as follows:

• Inside Dhaka: ৳70 – ৳80 (Standard parcel rate).
• Dhaka Suburbs & Greater Dhaka: ৳100 – ৳120 (Gazipur, Savar, Narayanganj, Keraniganj).
• Outside Dhaka (All Districts): ৳130 – ৳150 depending on courier coverage.
• Heavy / High-Volume Gear: Large expedition tents (Naturehike P2), bulky hiking backpacks (AIONE 40L/55L), or multi-item orders may incur nominal weight-based charges calculated at checkout.

Order Processing & Dispatch Timelines

• Orders confirmed before 4:00 PM are processed and handed over to logistics on the same business day.
• Orders placed after 4:00 PM or on national holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.
• You will receive an SMS and email notification with your tracking number once your parcel is handed over to the courier partner.

Courier Partners & Parcel Tracking

We partner exclusively with verified, reputable delivery networks in Bangladesh, including Steadfast, Pathao Courier, RedX, and eCourier.

Once your order is dispatched, you can live-track the parcel progress using the Consignment Tracking ID provided via SMS.

Cash on Delivery (COD) & Advance Policy

Cash on Delivery is supported nationwide.

To prevent fake orders and unverified delivery returns, an advance delivery charge payment (via bKash or Nagad) may be required for orders destined for remote districts or high-value expedition gear packages prior to parcel dispatch.

Secure Packaging & Parcel Inspection

All outdoor items (such as Sensor Headlamps, Cooksets, and Dry Packs) are reinforced with protective bubble wrapping and waterproof security packaging before dispatch.

Inspection upon delivery: Please examine the outer parcel condition in front of the courier delivery rider. In the unlikely event of severe transit damage or tampering, take a clear photo and notify our support hotline immediately.
