Product Authenticity & Pricing

We pride ourselves on 100% genuine outdoor and camping equipment sourced directly from verified manufacturers (including Naturehike and AIONE).

• All prices are quoted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) inclusive of applicable store taxes.
• We strive for absolute accuracy in technical specifications, dimensions, and color representations; however, slight manufacturing variations may occur.
• We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and adjust rates due to market or import duty changes prior to order confirmation.

Order Processing & Payment Terms

Orders are processed upon verification of phone confirmation or digital payment:

• Cash on Delivery (COD): Available across all 64 districts in Bangladesh. Customers must pay the total invoice amount directly to the courier agent upon arrival.
• Advance Delivery Charge: For select remote districts or high-value expedition gear, a partial advance courier fee may be required via bKash/Nagad before dispatch.
• Digital Payments: Supported via secure MFS (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) and local Debit/Credit cards.

Shipping, Delivery & Parcel Inspection

Standard delivery timelines across Bangladesh are:

• Inside Dhaka City: 24 to 48 business hours.
• Outside Dhaka (All 64 Districts): 2 to 4 business days.
• Inspection Policy: Customers are advised to check the parcel's external integrity in the presence of the courier rider. If the package has been tampered with or damaged, notify us immediately.

Returns, Exchanges & Warranty

We offer a fair and streamlined exchange process for genuine defects or sizing issues:

• 7-Day Exchange Window: You must request an exchange within 7 days of delivery.
• Condition: Returned gear (backpacks, shoes, tents, apparel) must be unwashed, unused, in original packaging with all tags attached.
• Defect Claims: Any manufacturing defects reported with video/photo evidence will be replaced at no additional product cost.

Outdoor Activity & Safety Disclaimer

Outdoor activities—including mountaineering, trekking, kayaking, and wild camping—carry inherent risks. While our products meet strict durability and safety standards, Four Seasons BD is not liable for personal injury, improper gear usage, or wilderness accidents resulting from negligence or extreme natural conditions.

Governing Law & Inquiries

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
